1. What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.
2. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? 
YES!!! Orders $100 and over 
3. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship out. Note: (shipping days may change due to weekends and national holidays) However during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Once your order is processed and completed you will receive your Tracking number 24-48 hours. If you don't receive a tracking number after 24-48 hours please email us immediately. If you placed your order on a weekend and holidays you will receive a confirmation and shipping update the next business day.
4. DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP?
Yes! Friday Only 12pm-4pm. Please bring a photo id and order confirmation for item pick up. 
5. I am not happy with my order, can i return? Or I have the wrong item can I exchange it?
Our customers is top priority & 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied. Our return policy last 14 days. Most ALTEREGO BRAND & Co purchases. We offer store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
• If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we CAN’T offer you a full refund or exchange.
• Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 14 days from receipt of purchase. (Excluding weekends/national holidays). All items must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). If an item does not work for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit and can be used towards another order.
• Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.
• Things happens!!! All our packages are checked before they leave our warehouse. If an item is missing from your parcel please get in touch with our customer services team via contact form. We will solve this issue immediately
  • Request Return or Exchange
    1. Review Process: If you request a return or exchange, please be aware that our customer support team will review your request to ensure there are no issues with the item. Approval is subject to meeting our return/exchange criteria.
    2. Restocking Fee: You may be charged a restocking fee for certain returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review our process thoroughly before submitting a request.
    3. Right to Refuse Requests: We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange requests that do not comply with our policies. Additionally, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and labels if the request is approved.
    4. Our Commitment: While our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order, we also strive to maintain fair and consistent policies.
6.What if I want to cancel my order?
WITH NO PENALTY! You have 12 hours to cancel your order before it ships. After 12 hours and the item is already sent. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to return the items back to us If you have not received your dispatch confirmation, please contact via return form to be notified that order was canceled and received. A full refund will be issued.
Note: The payment will not appear back in your available balance straight away and can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account
7.1 Having trouble placing your order?
For example: Are you receiving an error message? Is there a problem with payment processing or something else?
In the meantime, you can try: Refreshing your browser or trying a different one.
Clearing your cache and cookies. Ensuring all required fields in the checkout process are filled out.
7.2  I have entered incorrect address what I do?
Please make sure your address is entered correctly. This includes all required and relevant information correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings and apartment numbers. This can cause a issue in your order so double check before proceeding. ALTEREGO BRAND & Co is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, misplaced packages. Once the package leave our warehouse and in the hands of our shipping company we have no control of the package. So please make sure your information is correct.
8. I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
Absolutely! Our Team are happy to help make your AEB experience wonderful!
We are available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; Saturday 9am-12pm (ET) excluding holidays. Please send us an email. help@alteregobrand.com We do receive large number of emails, be patient. Your email will be answered in the order it was received. If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, Thank you.
9. Washing Care Instructions?
We advise customers washing delicate items with like colors, turning them inside out to maintain shape and authenticity. It's recommended to hang dry, but if a dryer is necessary, use low heat.
For some our items are delicate and need extra precaution care tips:
*Recommend hand washing for extra gentle care.
*Use mild detergent specifically  for delicate fabrics. (Avoid using fabric softener) 
*Professional Dry Cleaning for  delicate or intricate pieces.
*Avoid Sunlight* to prevent color fading or damage.
